4. Unique Fee Structure

At High-Quality Household Staffing, we don’t believe in charging you any fees until we’ve successfully placed a domestic professional in your home. We offer an up-to-three-day work trial period to our clients and job candidates before charging our clients a placement fee, and a one-year fee credit applicable to your next hire or replacement if there is an unexpected termination of services after the trial period ends.

What do we look for?

Authorization to work in the United States.-Minimum of 5 years experience as a full-time nanny or a steady part-time nanny.

Compassionate, well-suited demeanor for working with children.

Exceptional childcare references which attest to strong communication skills, reliability, punctuality, maturity, and the highest emotional intelligence.

Ability to commit to a minimum of 1 year for all long-term positions.

Education or proven knowledge & experience with children's growth & development

Readiness to help with light housekeeping and all childcare-related tasks ie: meal prep, organizing, laundry, homework, etc…

Pass a comprehensive background check.

A polished and professional appearance.

A thorough communication assessment including oral and written English fluency along with email proficiency.

Enhanced qualifications are also available, including…

Special training & certifications, e.g. first aid, CPR & AED, early childhood education, defensive driving, water safety certification, Newborn Care, etc.

Four-year accredited university degree and beyond.

Flexible schedule & ability to travel (not an enhanced qualification but sought).

Below, we break down our registration process into four simple steps:
Step 1: Register
You will begin by filling out a registration form and paying the $300.00 application fee. This can be done below.
Step 3: Complete Client Paperwork
Review and complete our client paperwork, which is done virtually with the click of a button.
Step 2: Family Discovery Call
One of our nanny specialists will then reach out ( within 24 hours) and schedule a discovery call to begin putting together your family profile.
Step 4: Sit Back & Relax
Sit back and relax while My Honey's Place recruits, screens, and presents ideal candidates for your family.
Step 6: Meet Ideal Candidates
My Honey's Place will present candidates that are hand-selected for your family. We will arrange interviews in the comfort of your own home.
Full-Time Placement
10% of nannies annual salary
