The company Cognac Ferrand , today well known for its high-quality products on the world market, was created relatively recently as a result of a partnership agreement between businessmen Alexander Gabriel, Jean-Dominic Andre and Pierre Ferrand - hereditary grower and brandy producer. The Ferrand family has been manufacturing this noble drink since the beginning of the 18th century, and for such a long time, a large amount of first-class cognac spirits that could not be sold accumulated in its basements. Thanks to the entrepreneurial talent of Gabriel and Andre, the company managed to launch the sale of brandy and promote the Pierre Ferrand brand on the international market. Over time, as a result of some disagreements, Pierre Ferrand, remaining a shareholder of the company, opened his own enterprise, and Alexander Gabriel and Jean-Domenick Andre are currently involved in the management of Cognac Ferrand. Today, the cognac house owns 60 hectares of vineyards in the Grand Champagne region, where, using organic processing methods, the Ugni Blanc and Colombard grape varieties are grown, from which the best spirits for Pierre Ferrand cognac are produced.

In contrast to other rums from his series, the Kaniche Perfeccion Double Wood does not come from Barbados but from Panama. There he matures for several years in former bourbon barrels made of American oak. The rum is then brought to France, where it matures in the cellars of Ferrand for several months in former cognac barrels. The Kaniche Perfeccion Double Wood Rum was bottled in a limited edition of 2,112 bottles.

I don't see any of these sugar contents as a problem. there are likely no regrets or missed opportunities at hand. sugar can enliven aromas at certain levels where it is referred to as a flavor enhancer and acts by changing the threshold of perception of aromas; so it helps you smell more.

We replace the sugar with 4 drops of Liquid Stevia or 1 drop of EZ Sweetz. You will have to try the different amounts and adjust to your taste. Liquid Stevia would be our choice to start with since adding a drop more or less is easier. An extra drop of EZ Sweetz will be a large increase in sweetness. Regardless of your choice, this is where the carbs are really cut.

Thanks for your question. Inside the recipe you can click on the words for each enhancer and it will direct you to a page where you can see what we use. There are a number of companies that make enhancers. We use MiO Fruit Punch and Crystal Light Mango Passion. We hope you enjoy our Hurricane , , , Joanie.

Jamaican rums are fermented in one of two ways, according to Matt Strickland for Distiller. The first is wild fermentation where loose, airborne yeast lands on open vats of pre-rum and are left to ferment for weeks. The other is to add dunder, the leftover fermented liquid from previously distilled rum, to fermenting rum. Both of these methods produce a ton of fruit and funky flavors that are unmistakably Jamaican. 041b061a72
